      Today was session 1 of a deload week so all exercise were just 1 set at my usual back off weights.
      Push 1.
      Ex1. Arsenal standing lateral
      Ex2. Prime seated shoulder press
      Ex3. Hammerstrength decline press
      Ex4. Weighted dips
      Ex5. Crossbody tricep ext
      Ex6. Cable skullcrucher
      Ex7. Pec dec

      Really good session and despite lower volume had a mad pump after it.

      Volume is down for whole week as I had signs of fatigue creeping in last week. Sun to be fresh again next week and get back to hitting some big numbers.
