      Mon push 1
      Tues pull 1
      Wed rest
      Thurs legs 1
      Fri pull 2
      Sat & sun rest
      The following week is same but I have push 2 & legs 2.
      So you can see from this main emphasis is on back at the moment. Hamstrings getting hit in both pull days & legs so 3 times in week.
      Pull 1 has rdl
      Pull 2 has SLDL
