Today was session 1 of a deload week so all exercise were just 1 set at my usual back off weights.

Ex7. Pec dec
Really good session and despite lower volume had a mad pump after it.
Volume is down for whole week as I had signs of fatigue creeping in last week. Sun to be fresh again next week and get back to hitting some big numbers.
